20th June - Pinto 3k (Cooper Park)
27th June - Monaughty Forest Race
Every runner benefits from 'efforts' in training and these sessions are usually better performed in a group. The above sessions give club members, male and female, the opportunity to train together and each person can tailor the 'efforts' to their own ability and needs. Everyone should meet as per usual at the Community Centre at 6.30. Training runs are still an option for those who would prefer it.
Outwith the Wednesday club night, various members of the club meet up for runs, especially on a Sunday morning. If you would like to join a group for a run please mention it on a club night. And for those members who organise such runs, please feel free to let everyone know through this page.
